When it comes to sustainability, Coffee Fellows has been doing a lot for some time now, from vegan product selection to home-compostable Coffee-To-Go cups or fair trade coffee sourcing. Now our hotel has undergone a five-stage certification process by the InfraCert Institute and has been awarded GreenSign Level 4 for our commitment to sustainable hotel management.
