No Bake Blueberry-cheesecake

Blueberries do not only taste super delicious, the blue berry is a real nutritional wonder and therefore counts to the local superfoods. The small blue energy booster taste and look particularly good in a creamy cheesecake mixture. In combination with a crunchy biscuit base and without an oven, you can quickly and easily create a delicious taste experience for yourself and your friends!

Matching our Coffee Fellows winter drink, the Blueberry Cheeseshake, we are presenting you the corresponding Cheesecake-recipe.

So off to the kitchen, get the stirrer – winter is baking time!



  • 200g Whole grain biscuits
  • 59g Chocolate shavings
  • 60g Butter


  • 125g Blueberries
  • 20g Sugar
  • some juice of a lemon


  • 300g Cream cheese
  • 300g Natural yoghurt
  • 200ml Cream
  • some juice of a lemon
  • some grated lemon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla flavour
  • 6 Leaves gelatine
  • 65g Sugar


  • 1. The Bottom

    • Crumble the wholegrain biscuits into a bowl
    • Melt the butter together with the chocolate shavings in a pot
    • Mix the melted mass with the biscuit crumbs
    • Spread the mass evenly on the bottom of a cake tin (Ø 26cm)
    • Place the cake tin in the fridge for about 15 minutes
  • 2. The Marmalade

    • Cook the blueberries together with the vanilla aroma, lemon juice and sugar until they boil
    • Let them boil until there is hardly any liquid left
    • Let the marmalade cool down
  • 3. The Filling

    • Whip the cream a bit
    • Mix the natural yoghurt, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla flavour and some grated lemon
    • Leave the gelatine leaves to soak in cold water for a few minutes
    • Squeeze the gelatine leaves and dissolve them in a water bath with a little lemon juice
    • Add the yoghurt-fresh cheese mixture to the gelatine little by little and mix well
    • Pour the filling into the cake tin and flatten it
  • 4. The Sample

    • Sprinkle the jam on the mass and decorate it with a small stick as desired
  • Done!

    • Cool the cake for a few hours
    • Only share with your best friends! 🙂
