- Coffee Fellows takes care of financing the shop fit-out as well as rent and ancillary costs.
- You receive a fully equipped coffee shop that you can operate immediately.
- In return, you pay a revenue-based lease fee to Coffee Fellows GmbH.
This model is ideal if you want to get started quickly and focus entirely on running your shop – without having to invest capital in the shop fit-out upfront. If your first coffee shop is successful, you can take over additional locations and build your own Coffee Fellows network.

- As a franchise partner, you finance the shop fit-out and furnishings yourself and are supported by our head office with expertise, planning, and a comprehensive service package.
- You can contribute your own property or work with us to find a suitable location.
