You can check in with us around the clock using your mobile phone, laptop etc. or at one of the terminals in the lobby.

Your room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. For a small additional charge, you can book early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.

All you need is your reservation number, which you will receive from us in advance by email.

Do you need assistance with check-in? Our staff will be happy to help you. Even though the reception desk is not staffed around the clock, we are available by telephone 24 hours a day.

You can easily order a cleaning service every day by 10:00 a.m. via your digital companion or at our reception - flexibly and according to your needs.

Every cleaning service that is not used also supports our sustainability project in Malawi. Together we are making a valuable contribution to a better future. Thank you for being part of this initiative!

Are you looking for rooms for your conference or meeting? Our hotel has four conference rooms flooded with natural light, two of which can be connected to accommodate up to 80 people.
